I could make a whole blog on mirrors I love them.

We view ourselves differently than we are and differently than others perceive us. Although they say that perception is reality so for us the reality is true even when it may not be. We need to learn to accept our bodies even with the flaws and as we strive to be healthy we should concentrate on other attributes such as integrity and our knowledge base. When we worry about our looks we become too superficial and when we don’t worry about our looks at all sometime we let ourselves go. Our lover should love us for who we are and who we want to become including the flaws.

1600 kcal are soooo fucking mouch ! I couldnt eat that in 2 days o.O

your body thinks it won’t get enough so it holds onto the fat and eats the muscle and even the bones. My friend increased her calories since she was only eating 1200 and as soon as she went to about 1600 she started to loose weight slowly which is what you want so it will stay off. Most bodies need about 2000 to function but most people eat junk so it is the wrong measurement for many people.
